Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Graame, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If things don’t go as planned, our policy is designed to get you sorted as quickly as possible.

1. How to Reach Us

For all Return or Exchange requests, please write to us at support@graame.in.

  • Support Hours: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


2. Exchange Policy (Size & Wrong Products)

  • 7-Day Window: You must inform us of any issue within 7 days of delivery (this includes the day of delivery).
  • Free Exchange: We offer a Free Exchange for size issues. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost.
  • Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item, we will exchange it for the correct one immediately.
  • Exchange Delivery Timeline: Once your reverse pickup is completed and the item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it and ship your new product. You can expect the exchanged item to be delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Price Difference: If the exchanged item has a higher value than the original, the difference must be paid online before dispatch.
  • Condition: Products must have the original sticker labels attached, be folded correctly, and be packed securely. Items that are used or washed cannot be exchanged.
  • Note: Exchange requests are processed only once per order.

3. Refund Policy

We initiate refunds in the following specific scenarios:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a faulty item, email support@graame.in with your order details and clear photographs of the defect.
  • Exceptional Returns: In rare cases where a return is accepted for a non-defective, correctly delivered item, a ₹100 logistics fee will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup costs.
  • Non-Refundable Items:

Products bought during a Sale or with a Discount Code.

  • Items with slight variations in color or design (colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and studio lighting).
  • Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.


4. Refund Timeline & Process

We believe in transparency regarding your money. Here is the timeline you can expect:

  • Warehouse Inspection: Once your item is picked up and reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you.
  • Status Update: Within 2 business days of receiving the item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
  • Initiation: Once approved, we will initiate your refund within 3 business days.

     

  • Credit Reflection: * Prepaid Orders: Credit will hit your original payment method within 5 to 7 business working days (depending on your bank).

    • Cash On Delivery (COD): We will request your UPI ID or Bank Details via email and transfer the refund directly to your bank account.


5. Important Precautions

  • Do Not Accept Damaged Packages: To avoid disputes, please refuse any package that looks tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Verification: If our team determines a defect was caused after delivery due to customer handling or omission, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
  • Usage: Any product used or washed even once cannot be exchanged or refunded.
